Ben and I moved into our house in 1994 and I took this photo in 1995 of our patio. The patio is now covered, so it looks totally different. The bush on the right behind the park bench is gone, as is the palm tree next to the patio door which Ben and I removed and replaced with grass. The tree in the foreground was replaced by a shade tree which has now grown and shades most of the yard. The grass is no longer this plush and green due to the tree blocking it from the sun and of course Hiker runs around back there.
It looks like you changed it a lot. I bet it was an improvement with a covered patio. I am sure your dog just loves to go out there no matter how it looks.
